Once you have placed an online sell order, you will be given the choice between requesting a Sales Pack or Printing Your Own Label.

Send Device

Post us your device within 14 days

If you're using our freepost bag or printing your own labels, take your device to the post office and choose one of our simple posting options.

Fast Payment

Same day we receive your device*

Once we receive your device, we check your order and if all is correct we'll make payment on the same day of receipt. You smile, we smile.

* Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Same day payment does not apply to orders received after 2pm and in events that are out of our control.
