What payment methods do you offer?

We offer three payment methods – Cash (Cheque), Cash (Bank Transfer) or Gift e-card.


When do I get paid?

Ah, yes. The really important bit. Once we have received and checked your phones we promise to make/post you payment on the same day!!* Snappy.

We’ll send you an email to confirm payment has been sent.

*Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Same day payment does not apply to orders received after 2pm and in events that are out of our control.


I’ve received an email confirmation that payment has been made but I’ve not received it?

We post all payments via 1st class post. If your payment has not arrived within 5 days, it may have been lost in the post. In this case, please contact our customer support team and we’ll reissue payment.


Where can I bank my cheque?

You can deposit your cheque into any UK bank that you hold an account with. It should normally take 3 working days to clear.


I’ve lost my cheque, can I get it replaced?

The good news is – yes we can reissue a replacement cheque.

The bad news is – a £6.00 charge will apply and will be deducted from the cheque value. This charge is to cover the fee we are charged by our bank to cancel the lost cheque.
